Hopefully by tomorrow morning the lower stage fuselage and fin structure will be completed. <strong>[Oracle]<\/strong> itself should be ready for launch by 16 November 2008, but the electronics and optics are proving problematic.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Possible Solutions (in order of ease)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Switch to custom NiCd batteries, or multiple Zn\/MnO2 batteries in parallel<\/li>\n<li>Extend antennae wires by several inches<\/li>\n<li>Replace entire optics package<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Keep the Faith,<br \/>\nJPL Team<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[Oracle] began construction this afternoon.
